Anytime there is an opportunity to create additional spaces due to function or aesthetics it should be done. In this situation there was a water heater sitting in what should be a functional bedroom closet. The water heater was removed, sheetrock opened, plumbing re-routed and then buttoned up. The water heater replacement was moved to an outdoor on demand unit. A proper closet system was installed for more functionality. Yahtzee!
